The Knockout Dive is a power-up invented by Drake Cooper. Sly Cooper does a forward leap while spinning his cane for an attack. It first appeared in Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus as Dive, but made its first appearance as Knockout Dive in Sly 2: Band of Thieves. It is also available to purchase from ThiefNet for 300 coins in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.
Use[]
Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus[]
While Knockout Dive does not appear in Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, a very similar power-up, the Fast Attack Dive Move, was collected from the first vault opened. It was used to quickly dive forward while Sly spun his cane, and was used as an attack.
Sly 2: Band of Thieves[]
From Sly 2 on, the power-up was renamed to Knockout Dive. Instead of defeating enemies in a single hit, like in the first game, it simply knocked enemies out. It was obtained from the vault in "The Black Chateau."
The Knockout Dive was performed by equipping it to a button (
, 
or 
) and pressing that button. Every use took some focus from the Gadget Meter.
Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves[]
In Sly 3, similar to Sly 2, the power-up was called the Knockout Dive. It was obtained by purchasing it from ThiefNet on the second day of "An Opera of Fear" for 300 coins.
