"Tower Scramble" is the third Master Thief Challenge in "An Opera of Fear" of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves. It is a variation of the second part of the "Run 'n Bomb" mission, where Sly has to climb up to Octavio's sign and free the advertising balloon, with the addition of a time limit.
