Can/How do you unlock timing is everything on Thieves in Time?

Just got and fished the game. Working on safes, treasures and masks. I was wondering how you get the animated short? or is it just on the internet?  I have 41/60 Sly masks and 50% of the trophies done. I know that you have to get every trophy to see the secret ending, but not how to get Timing Is Everything.
