"Ride the Iron Horse" was a job for Bentley in He Who Tames the Iron Horse of Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
Walkthrough[]
Once the mission starts, jump onto the passing train and enter the caboose. The first two cars are rigged with lasers which are easy to avoid. In the first, wait for a gap to appear and run through, and in the second jump into the diamond shaped gaps jumping when ever the moving lasers pass.
Bounce up on top of the next car and avoid the swooping eagles before jumping down onto the next carriage. Sleep dart and bomb the first guard to make taking out the second and third in normal combat easier (or any other way possible).
Atop the next car are another two guards. The next contains three guards which can be avoided. Jump up onto the crates on the left hand side and up over the top of them. Avoid yet another set of lasers in the next car and creep along the side of the next cargo hold, jumping up once you reach the end and see a gap in the crates.
Jump down between the two guards who are facing the other way and claim the first Clockwerk Lung.
