"Windmill Firewall" is a job for Bentley in "Flight of Fancy" of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.

You need to have the Hover Pack upgrade for this mission. Go up to the first windmill and hack it. The hacking controls are the same as in Sly 2 with the analog sticks. There's not much to worry about in this level, so insert the circles into the slots and complete the round.
Go up to the second windmill and hack it. You have to worry about waves of enemies this time, so watch your back.
Repeat for the third. Avoid the black hole and advanced enemies as you make your way to the circle data. Now, all that's left is the aircraft control tower. Get some distance, jump, then use the afterburners to make it to the computer.
Be prepared for a fight, for everything will come at you. Keep your health at a safe amount and finish quickly. Once you see the surprise in store, it's Job Complete!
